Returns & Refunds Policy

1.  In respect of purchases made on the Online Store, you hereby acknowledge and agree to abide by this return and refund policy.

2.  You agree to share photograph or video of the product in case of deficiency seen in the delivered product.

3. You agree that all refunds will be made to the original source of the payment until and otherwise decided by For Him For Her due to operational reasons. 

4.  Return or refund policy for nutraceutical products:

4.1  In the event a damaged or expired or partially missing product(s) is delivered, a replacement will be sent when the returned product has reached the warehouse. Refund will not be provided in such events.

5.  Return or refund policy for lifestyle and non-nutraceutical products:

5.1  In the event a damaged or partially missing/incomplete product(s) is delivered, a replacement will be sent when the returned product has reached the warehouse. You may also, choose to request for a refund. The refund will be processed only after the product is returned to the warehouse.

5.2  In the event a wrong product is delivered, a replacement will be sent when the returned product has reached the warehouse. You may also, choose to request for a refund. The refund will be processed only after the product is returned to the warehouse.

6. If you wish to cancel your product, it has to be done within 12 hours of the purchase of the product.

7. Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed within 3 business days.
