FAQ

All nutraceutical products sold in our portal are approved by FSSAI.  If you have further questions please call or write to the support team. 

Sorry, once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. Please place a fresh order with any modifications. 

You will receive regular SMS & Emails about your order. You can also track your order from your order history section. If there is any delay or change in your order, our customer care will call and inform you. 

We generally deliver orders within 1-7 business days depending on your address. Check for the estimated delivery date when you place the order.  

Your shipment will be delivered within the 'Estimated delivery date' as committed at the time of order placement. You can check this by selecting your order from the "Orders" section. Keep a lookout for our order delivery updates.

Note:- An order can have multiple shipments with different "Estimated delivery date and time" 

Sorry, once the order is placed, we are unable to modify the delivery address. Please place a fresh order with the new delivery address.  

No! We offer free shipping on all our products. 

Your order will be placed and processed, irrespective of the online payment confirmation. 

In case of any unsuccessful payment/s, you can retry the payment or pay online later. 

Subsequently, you can also tap on the “Pay Now” button on the homepage or go to the order details page to make a payment.

If you are facing a payment confirmation problem with your order, please note that online payment confirmations are completely dependent on the issuing bank. However, if the payable amount has been deducted from your account but shows as a transaction failed, the amount will reflect in your account/wallet within 7-10 business days. 

We accept all popular Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, UPI and payment wallets. We do nto accept Cash on delivery currently.  

We accept returns if the product provided to you does not match your order, or if the product is past its expiry date. Refund requests can be made up to seven days after the order is delivered. 

We are sorry you had to experience this. Please send your concerns and pictures of the product to our support team at support@masterhealthpro.in. We will try to resolve your concern as soon as possible. 

 All monies paid will be refunded back to the source of payment within 10 working days after the refund request is approved. If you have further questions please call or write to the support team.

You can cancel the order before it is shipped.  Please refer to our returns policy for any cancellation after shipping.

You can check the list of offers on the home screen under the ‘Offers’ section. Also, we send customized offers to specific customers through email/SMS.  

You can apply a coupon on the cart/review page while placing an order. If you are getting a message that the coupon code has failed to apply, it may be because you are not eligible for the offer.

Once a specific mobile number has been used to create an account, it cannot be changed to another number within the same account. 

If you wish to place an order with a new number, please create a new account with that number. If you need further assistance, reach out to us and our representatives will be happy to help you.

  If you want to change your email ID, you can go to the "Account" section and click on "edit" and change the mentioned email ID and a verification email will be sent to your new email ID. 

We have implemented a flexible return policy for items ordered with us. Under this policy, each item purchased will have a returnable window which can vary anywhere between 0 to 7 days, post its delivery. The return window will be listed in the returns section of the order, once delivered. 

The items shall not be eligible for a return under the following circumstances:


  • If the item has been opened, partially used or disfigured. Please check the package carefully at the time of delivery.
  • If the item is a consumable item.
  • If the item’s / packaging/ box/ seal has been tampered with; Do not accept the delivery if the package appears to be tampered.
  • If it is mentioned on the product detail page that the item is non-returnable
  • If the return window for any or all items in an order has expired.
  • Any accessories supplied with the item(s) are missing.
  • If the item does not have the original serial number / UPC number / barcode affixed, which was present at the time of delivery.
  • Any damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • If the item is damaged due to visible misuse.
  • Items related to food & nutrition, healthcare devices and sexual wellness such as but not limited to health drinks, health supplements, glucometers, glucometer strips/lancets, health monitors, condoms, pregnancy/fertility kits, etc.
